Alexandra Roberts (Apprentice) graduated from Eastern University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in dance as well as psychology. During that time she studied under Janine Bryant and Stephen Welsh as well as attended the Martha Graham School’s summer program in 2014. Upon graduating, Alexandra joined Melange Contemporary Dance Company whom she performed in three shows with as well as Femme Collective - in which has collaborated with other artists to perform and present works around the Philadelphia area. Currently, Alexandra is working full time as a social worker for Pathways to Housing while also teaching modern dance at 954 Dance Movement Collective and working on staff for Turn It Up Dance Challenge. She is beyond excited to be joining Dancefusion under Gwendolyn Bye for her first performance with the company in this December’s show of The Twelve Days of Christmas!
